• During the COVID-19 pandemic, all hosts and travelers should review and follow guidelines regarding physical distancing, mask use, and hand sanitization.

• Carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm.

• Mandatory use of a mask in common areas, except for sunbathing and use of the pool, as long as the safety distance can be maintained.
• Disinfection of all frequently contacted surfaces, including doorknobs.
• We use cleaning products that have been approved by sanitary experts, such as disinfectants with at least 70% alcohol.
• Cleaning the rooms with the use of a mask and gloves to avoid cross contamination.
• Washing of all the textile parts of the housing at maximum temperature.

Direct reservations and payments:

• A 20% down payment is required when booking to secure your space.
• The remaining 80% must be paid 30 days before the reservation date.

Cancellation by the Guest:

• Cancellation 30 days before reservation: The initial 20% of the reservation will not be returned, but will be maintained as a credit for date changes for a period of 12 months from the original reservation date.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No refunds will be made.

Date Modifications:

• The initial 20% of the reservation can be used as credit for date changes within a period of 12 months from the original reservation date.
