The property is a two storey duplex with a spiral staircase. On the ground floor we have the main room, the complete bathroom with shower and the living room with the kitchen with a huge window towards the sea and the banana trees.
On the second floor we have a bunk bed and another bathroom with a shower and on both sides two terraces, one inside which is the solarium and the outside with views of the sea and the mountains with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals or sunsets.
The entrance to our building is a common entrance with a lift to the first floor, where our duplex is located.
Parking outside the building is free of charge and we have numerous parking areas. Even 300 metres away is the covered car park of the main square and it is free of charge.
